The daily printable planner

This daily planner has one page, and you can use it for any days in the week.

At the top, you have a space to write the day and the date. You can keep that page for reference if you need it.

Last week, I had to go back to my planner to give a day when I called for my insurances. I like to be able to provide precise information.

The first block you see at the left is the To do. I didn’t call it Schedule, and I didn’t write the hours. Because my days are less busy as they were, I prefer to plan on three blocks: AM, PM, and Evening.

You also have a place to write your goals of the day, your appointments, the calls or emails you want to do (or need to do).

The blocks under are for Shopping and the Menu of the day. The letters B, L, D, and S, are for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack. When you plan your day, you don’t forget to remove from the freezer what you need for dinner.

The next block is for the water of the day and the number of steps you walk.

Finally, you have a space for writing down more info (journaling, grateful, or doodling).

The dimensions are 8 1/2 x 11 inches, but you can decrease the size if you want to print it to fit a Classic Happy Planner or another format if you prefer.

–> Before printing the PDF file, please read the section for that below to get the best results as possible.

Please note that the grey diagonal lines are not on the cards in the file you download.

French version also available.
Version en français également disponible.

Which is the best paper to print this daily planner

I like to print my planner on a tick paper.

With this paper, I’m able to write down on each page without the ink bleeding on the other side when I print double-sided.

I use this paper for a moment now, and I’m so glad!

It’s really smooth at the touch, and bright.

I found that using these Staedtler pens and these Stabio ones are the best choice over ballpoint pens. The ink from the pens dry very fast and doesn’t bleed on the other side.

Don’t forget to buy paper according to your printer: inkjet or laserjet.

How to resize for the Classic Happy Planner

If you want to resize this page for the dimensions of the Classic Happy Planner, you can use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to open the file and set some preferences.

To fit your Classic Happy Planner, you will have to print at 82 % of the real dimensions.

Search for Custom Scale and replace the 100 % by 82 %.

And if you want to print some copies on both sides, under the Custom Scale, you will find Print on both sides of paper. Checked the box.

In the Resource Library, you can find a template with black lines to help you cut this page to fit perfectly the Classic Happy Planner.

Print this template, place the page you just printed over it, trace some lines, and cut.

Punch it with a punch for a discbound system.

Plan your days with this printable daily planner!

Don’t forget anymore what you have to do during a day, download, print, and plan your day!

    1. Hi Constance

If you already filled the box “Freebies are here!” in the middle of the post, look in your promotions/spam/junk folder in your email box. It happens that the email goes there.
